At YAYA, we believe technology should support thoughtful creative work—not replace it.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of many tools that may be used throughout our workflow. Its use is determined on a project-by-project basis and is never guaranteed or required.

When We May Use AI

Depending on the needs of a project, AI may be used to assist with:

  • Copy editing and proofreading

  • Grammar and language refinement

  • Organizing research or brainstorming ideas

  • Generating presentation or concept mockups

  • Batch creation of visual placeholders for creative exploration

These assets are used to communicate ideas, visualize possibilities, or streamline internal workflows—not as final creative deliverables.

What We Don't Use AI For

We do not rely on AI to replace the creative thinking that defines our work.

Our creative strategy, research, visual identity systems, brand direction, illustrations, environmental concepts, and final design decisions are developed through human creativity, research, and professional expertise.

Every project is shaped by intentional thinking, collaboration, and refinement.

Human Review

Any AI-assisted content used during our process is reviewed, edited, and refined before it is incorporated into a project. Final deliverables reflect YAYA's creative direction and quality standards.

Client Privacy

We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Sensitive or proprietary project information is not shared with AI platforms unless appropriate safeguards are in place or permission has been provided.

Our Philosophy

We embrace technology when it improves efficiency, communication, or exploration—but we believe the best ideas come from people.

AI helps us work smarter. It doesn't replace the curiosity, strategy, or craftsmanship behind our work.
