Rooted in Community, Growing with You
THE CHALLENGE
How do you build a conference identity that can communicate care, credibility, and inclusion without feeling overly clinical?
Empowering Inclusivity 2026 serves families caring for young children with disabilities, alongside the professionals and organizations supporting them. The conference needed to present important information clearly while creating an experience that felt encouraging, human, and welcoming.
Because the event unfolds across three virtual weeks, the identity also needed to remain consistent across numerous speakers, sessions, digital platforms, and pieces of communication.
THE OBJECTIVE
Build a flexible visual identity and communication system that could organize a multi-week virtual conference, support a wide range of speakers and topics, and make essential information easier for families and professionals to understand and access.
